Arellano Ventures is led by Roy Arellano, Founder & CEO, a technology and organizational leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning military service, federal service, private industry, and complex enterprise environments. His career has centered on leading people, strengthening operations, solving difficult technology challenges, and helping organizations turn strategy into execution.
About our Founder
Roy Arellano founded Arellano Ventures LLC to bring together decades of leadership, technology, operational, and public-service experience in service of organizations navigating complex challenges.
Throughout his career, Roy has led technology operations, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure modernization, service management, workforce development, and organizational improvement efforts. His experience includes responsibility for multimillion-dollar technology operations, mission-critical systems and services, multidisciplinary teams, and initiatives requiring coordination across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
His leadership experience extends beyond technology. Roy has served as a leader in the United States Marine Corps, as a Naval Officer in the Navy Reserve, and as a civilian leader within the federal government. These experiences shaped a leadership philosophy grounded in service, accountability, integrity, and the responsibility leaders have to both their people and their mission.
